What we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash), and whatever you choose to put in your profile. For candidates that includes career history, quota attainment, target compensation and any links you add. For employers that includes company details and the content of your listings.
We do not store card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, who receive your email address and payment information directly.
Who can see your profile
Candidate profiles are visible to employers with an active licence, and only while you have scouting switched on. Turning scouting off removes you from the directory immediately. Your profile is also shared with an employer when you apply to their role — that is the point of applying.
Candidate profiles are never visible to other candidates, or to the public web.
Why we process it
To operate the platform (contractual necessity), to verify listings and profiles (legitimate interest in a trustworthy marketplace), and to take payment (contractual necessity).
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and applications. Anonymised payment records are retained for accounting and legal obligations.
Processors we use
Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Stripe (payments), and our hosting provider. Each processes data on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
