Your Choice
No subscriptions. No placement fees.

Pay once. That's it.

A recruiter takes 15–25% of a first-year salary for one hire. Your Choice charges a single flat fee, once, and you keep the access forever.

The fee is agreed on a fifteen-minute call, so I can hear what you are actually hiring for — or looking for — before quoting you anything. It is one payment either way.

Optional add-on for businesses

We run the search for you

Prefer not to sift through applications? My team runs the search end to end and hands you a shortlist — for one agreed fee, not a percentage of anyone's salary.

One-time fee

Quoted on the call, agreed in writing before any work starts.

  • We write the brief with you and get the listing through verification
  • We source actively from the talent directory rather than waiting for applicants
  • Every candidate is screened against the evidence standard before you see them
  • You get a shortlist with the attainment record and the reasoning behind each name
  • We handle the scheduling of first-stage interviews
  • One fee, agreed before we start. No percentage, and nothing charged on the hire

Why this is not a placement fee. A recruiter charges 15–25% of the first-year salary, every time you hire. On a $120,000 sales hire that is $18,000 to $30,000, and it starts again on the next one. Here the fee is agreed before any work starts and does not move if the person you hire turns out to be expensive.

Rather ask questions first?

Book fifteen minutes on Google Meet and ask anything — how verification actually works, what happens if a listing turns out to be wrong, whether this is worth it for your market. No pitch, and no obligation to buy at the end of it.

Common questions

Is it really a one-time payment?+

Yes. There is no renewal, no subscription and no per-post charge. Employers can post one role or fifty; sales professionals can apply to as many roles as they like. The fee is charged once.

What happens if my job post is rejected?+

You get a note explaining exactly why, and you can fix and resubmit at no extra cost. The most common rejections are compensation that the commission plan cannot mathematically produce, attainment figures that do not match the report supplied, and listings from companies we cannot verify.

Do you list commission-only roles?+

Yes — and we label them as commission-only on the card, in the filters and at the top of the page, so nobody finds out halfway through an interview. A commission-only listing clears a higher bar than a salaried one: you have to show what the median person in that seat actually earned over the last twelve months, how many of the people who started are still doing it, and whether any draw is clawed back. What we still refuse, always, is a role that costs the salesperson money to do.

Can I see roles before I pay?+

Yes. Every listing's title, location, whether it has a base salary, the OTE range, the segment and the attainment figures are public. What is behind the paywall is the company's identity, the full role brief and the commission structure.

I am not sure this is right for me yet.+

Then book a call before you pay anything. Fifteen minutes, and I will tell you honestly if I do not think the board has enough of what you are looking for yet — a refund request is more expensive for both of us than a conversation.

Do you take a placement fee when someone is hired?+

No. Once both sides are members, you deal with each other directly. Your Choice never takes a percentage of a salary.

Can employers approach me if I have not applied?+

Only if you leave scouting switched on in your profile, and only if the employer has paid for a hiring licence. You can turn scouting off at any time.
