1. What Your Choice is
Your Choice operates a job board and talent directory for sales professionals and the businesses that hire them. We provide the platform. We are not a party to any employment relationship formed through it, and we are not an employment agency or employment business.
2. Fees
Access is sold as a one-time fee. The employer fee grants an unlimited right to submit job listings for review. The candidate fee grants access to the full contents of the job board and the ability to submit applications. Both are charged once, per account, and do not renew.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, or at our discretion within 14 days of purchase where the account has not been meaningfully used.
3. Listing review
Every job listing is reviewed before publication. We may reject or remove any listing that does not meet our published listing standards, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly submit listings in breach of them. A rejected listing does not entitle the employer to a refund.
4. Accuracy of information
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including compensation. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, including any claimed quota attainment or deal size. Knowingly false information is grounds for immediate removal without refund.
We make reasonable efforts to verify listings and profiles, but verification is not a guarantee and you should carry out your own due diligence.
5. Scouting and contact
Candidates control whether their profile appears in the talent directory. Employers with an active licence may contact candidates who have opted in, for genuine hiring purposes only. Using the directory for unsolicited marketing is prohibited.
6. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell or redistribute listings or profiles, share your account credentials, or use the platform to circumvent our fees. Accounts found doing so are terminated without refund.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us. We are not liable for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or any loss arising from your dealings with another user.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
